Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and improve personnel and plant performance to operate and maintain the facility in compliance with the operating license and NRC/federal regulations.
  • •Lead personnel performance improvement and support leadership development and assessment.
  • •Oversee emergency planning staff and the Emergency Preparedness Program to protect public health and station employees during emergencies.
  • •Provide oversight and administration of the Security Organization.
  • •Oversee site performance and, at times, fleet performance, and lead the ongoing Operations Performance Improvement (OPI) program.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of relevant nuclear experience.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in issue identification, structuring, and creative problem-solving.
  • •Ability to sponsor and support initiatives/goals for top decile performance using INPO/WANO metrics.
  • •Strong quantitative skills and business acumen.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
