Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage business digital systems operations to ensure engineering digital strategy execution and system availability for maintenance and engineering processes.
  • •Maintain an industry watch on maintenance/engineering digital systems to identify requirements and enhancements for ongoing airline/MRO developments.
  • •Own short- and long-term engineering digital strategy execution and ensure systems remain aligned to the solutions landscape roadmap via continuous reviews of current state and demand pipeline.
  • •Oversee implementation of enhancements, including planning, resource/training needs, coordination and control of User Acceptance Testing, and post-implementation business usage evaluation.
  • •Lead the team with performance management through MyBC, set goals, and provide mentoring, guidance, and trainings to deliver SLA and departmental objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •Engineering experience of 8+ years.
  • •Experience in Aviation IT, or an aviation engineering environment / aviation IT company experience preferred.
  • •Management of complex IT implementation within a business organisation.
  • •Sound knowledge of the aircraft maintenance industry and IT solutions, with strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
