Retail Area Leader I or II- Morgantown/Martinsburg WV Area

Lead a Retail Community area covering approximately 14–27 branches, driving sales and service goals through coaching and development of branch leaders and teammates. Improve retail and small business sales effectiveness and reinforce the bank’s sales and credit cultures. Partner across business lines to support client outcomes, monitor performance through management reports, identify gaps, and ensure consistent execution of the Client Engagement Model to achieve area growth, profitability, and quality targets.
