Total Quality Engineer

Develop and improve quality plans, programs, procedures, and systems using statistical analyses, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma tools. Review and report quality system/process discrepancies across assembly, process, mechanical, and electro-mechanical work, then investigate recurring issues to drive corrective actions and dispositions. Create program quality plans, lead or support process improvement projects, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and handle customer complaints related to labels.
