Manager, Mechanical Engineering

Lead and scale the regional Mechanical Engineering team in China to support steel frame systems for APAC. Own design, development, and optimization of steel structures and related mechanical components, driving R&D from concept through prototyping and design validation. Oversee product testing to meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards, collaborate with global engineering, and manage localization, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
