Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate timely and effectively with clients and internal/external business partners to support wire investigations.
  • •Review and analyze wire ISO text and investigate issues across the wire lifecycle.
  • •Investigate outstanding items within foreign accounts and process escalated or time-critical exceptions.
  • •Settle daily obligations with NSCC, DTCC, domestic bank accounts, and the Federal Reserve Bank.
  • •Identify and resolve General Ledger differences and account discrepancies, ensuring documentation and procedures are followed.
