Operations Specialist (Wire Investigations)

Support the Wire Investigations team by managing domestic and international wire requests already processed, including amendments, traces, and recalls. Investigate wire ISO text, exceptions, and errors; research wire platform details; and communicate with clients, banks, and internal partners to resolve time-critical issues. Participate in daily settlement and reconciliation activities, build specialized reporting applications, and ensure documentation and procedures are followed within Wire Operations.
