Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance and trend analysis, and financial performance decisions.
  • •Develop financial reports, dashboards, analytical models, KPIs, and management reports using Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
  • •Validate, reconcile, and maintain financial data across enterprise systems; troubleshoot data and reporting issues and support month-end/quarter-end reporting.
  • •Leverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI Copilot) and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting, documentation, and insights.
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Risk, Operations, and Business teams and prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and Agile/Scrum updates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, data analytics, or FP&A.
  • •4+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
  • •4+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, PivotTables, and financial modeling).
  • •2+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools, plus experience working with large financial datasets and enterprise systems.
