Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and optimization of capabilities within the Nexthink platform.
  • •Design telemetry-driven solutions for device health, application performance, connectivity, and employee experience.
  • •Analyze endpoint data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities, then build automated remediation to reduce manual support effort.
  • •Create and maintain Nexthink content (investigations, remote actions, workflows, campaigns, alerts, dashboards) and implement proactive monitoring to prevent widespread incidents.
  • •Integrate ServiceNow with Nexthink for improved data enrichment and ticket creation; collaborate with endpoint engineering and support teams and contribute to documentation and standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in systems engineering, endpoint engineering, end-user computing, infrastructure operations, or related technical discipline.
  • •Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS mixed-device environments.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or related endpoint management technologies.
  • •Experience developing automation with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages and troubleshooting using endpoint telemetry and monitoring/logs.
