Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute planning, initial provisioning, and replenishment of aircraft spares (including rotables, BFE, IFE, tools, and consumables) to meet EIS, operational, and maintenance demands.
  • •Run regular inventory reviews and planning-trigger analysis (including repairable failure rate analysis) to maintain optimum inventory levels and data accuracy.
  • •Perform initial provisioning reviews by analyzing manufacturer recommendations to support fleet growth and maintain despatch reliability.
  • •Compile and calculate inventory metrics (e.g., float / Economical Ordering Quantity), identify non-moving/slow-moving items for surplus review, and reduce/optimize surplus stock.
  • •Support supply chain KPIs and escalation of critical shortages/service failures, maintain compliance with material planning procedures, and contribute to inventory parameter audits.

Key Requirements

  • •12 years schooling or equivalent.
  • •2.5+ years of experience in airline/MRO engineering materials & stores or supply chain management.
  • •Experience in an airline or third-party maintenance environment.
  • •Knowledge of aircraft components and associated systems, and sound experience with an ERP (inventory management) system.
  • •Good written and spoken English, plus analytical skills.
