Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the Core HR workstream plan, milestones, deliverables, and inter-workstream dependencies to deliver outcomes on schedule and to agreed quality.
  • •Lead and coordinate workstream resources (SMEs, BAs, and vendors/partners where applicable) with clear task ownership and delivery cadence.
  • •Provide PM governance and reporting in conjunction with Tokyo Core HR PMO, including one-page and detailed plan management and RAID/action/decision/status artefacts.
  • •Coordinate integrated design across process, policy, controls, service delivery, and technology enablement, ensuring traceability from requirements to delivered outcomes.
  • •Plan and coordinate readiness activities including training/comms inputs, go-live checklist/sign-offs, and UAT preparation with Change & Adoption and Technology teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable delivery experience as a Project Manager / Workstream PM on complex, cross-functional programmes, ideally HR transformation or HR operations change.
  • •Strong command of PM fundamentals including integrated planning, RAID, governance reporting, scope control, stakeholder management, and delivery cadence.
  • •Experience coordinating across multiple HR service lines and interfacing with HR systems/HRIS teams or comparable enterprise platforms.
  • •Ability to translate core HR operational needs into structured deliverables and phased plans, managing dependencies across HR COEs and technology/data teams.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to produce crisp governance materials for PMO/SteerCo audiences.
