Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare project scope, delivery resourcing, cost estimates/budget, schedules/milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, conduct request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and documentation accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, create action plans to meet objectives/budget/schedule, track progress and variances, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
