Key Responsibilities

  • •Support data center design engineering and hardware engineering teams to develop innovative power distribution products.
  • •Lead new product design and development, collaborating to understand requirements and incorporate customer input.
  • •Collaborate across disciplines (mechanical/structural engineering, reliability, QA/QC, compliance) to create well-designed products.
  • •Prepare and review product designs and drawings, including electrical bills of materials, layouts, assemblies, wiring drawings, and related documentation.
  • •Specify electrical equipment and bill of materials with global suppliers, define scope, and provide technical support through manufacturing and commissioning/testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional Engineering or Architectural License
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • •Electrical engineering experience designing and developing electrical power distribution equipment (e.g., Low Voltage Switchgear, Power Distribution Cabinets, LV panel boards)
  • •Ability to define equipment specifications and evaluate merit of design changes
  • •Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents
