Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver planned sales and profitability through in-season trading and effective department planning.
  • •Analyse department performance to maximise commercial opportunities and intake/profit against plan.
  • •Work with the Buyer to offer a commercial range that aligns with strategy and requirements (including OTB/options and global needs).
  • •Manage department strategies and adjust in season based on trade performance; resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
  • •Manage and develop a high-performing team of AMs and MAs through regular 1:1s, feedback, and clear direction.
