Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for all Bangalore-based roles, from sourcing to close
  • •Help to scale our interview processes in the country, including interview plans, rubrics and assessment criteria
  • •Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each team’s goals and build tailored hiring strategies
  • •Craft compelling outreach and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Cartesia’s culture and mission
  • •Build diverse, high-quality pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and creative channels

  • •4+ years of experience in tech, GTM or business recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup
