•Own full-cycle recruiting for all Bangalore-based roles, from sourcing to close
•Help to scale our interview processes in the country, including interview plans, rubrics and assessment criteria
•Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each team’s goals and build tailored hiring strategies
•Craft compelling outreach and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Cartesia’s culture and mission
•Build diverse, high-quality pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and creative channels

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 3,000,000 - 5,000,000 annually

•4+ years of experience in tech, GTM or business recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup
•A proven track record of sourcing exceptional talent, and strong candidate engagement skills
•Ability to manage multiple searches at once, often with evolving needs

•Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting quickly as we scale
