Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate business requirements and user insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • •Conduct and support user research (personas, heuristic evaluations, usability reviews, competitive analysis) to inform design decisions.
  • •Create and iterate UX deliverables including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and information architecture.
  • •Extend and apply a design system using reusable components, icon libraries, templates, and brand standards to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field with 2 years’ experience (or master’s degree with up to 2 years, or 6 years in a related field).
  • •2+ years designing responsive web and mobile applications, with a portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX solutions.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
  • •Strong user-centered design skills, including accessibility standards and experience conducting user research to drive design decisions.
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments, with strong communication and attention to detail; familiarity with design systems/component-based design and text-to-prototype tools; AI product/agentic design knowledge.
