Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of store operational functions including shipment, receiving, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per directive with Visual Manager partnership.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management, using payroll management and adapting zones based on business needs.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities using product placement, outfitting, and stock levels; adjust as necessary.
  • •Lead daily operations and visual standards, coach associates, and support recruitment/development and associate performance feedback.
