Key Responsibilities

  • •Command incidents end to end from declaration through mitigation, running the bridge and keeping responders focused on stopping customer and partner impact.
  • •Classify and continuously re-check severity as facts arrive, and own the escalation decisions and risk considerations.
  • •Engage the right owning teams quickly using service/symptom/blast-radius signals, expand the responder set as needed, and coordinate executive leader business calls.
  • •Hold the bridge as the single source of truth for partner communications on impact, severity, and timing, while protecting engineering and technical support from interruption.
