Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner across Product to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and support product roadmap planning.
  • •Define success metrics for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, retention, and user outcomes.
  • •Guide instrumentation and enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • •Design, evaluate, and interpret experiments to assess new AI capabilities and inform product decisions.
  • •Develop dbt models to transform and test user behavior data and influence scalable product analytics standards and strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Partner across product and engineering organizations, with familiarity of common product KPI frameworks (DAU/MAU, funnels, A/B testing).
  • •Define and track success metrics for complex product areas, ideally including AI-powered features or workflows.
  • •Write complex, efficient SQL and use strong data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Omni, Hex, or Grafana).
  • •Write dbt models, implement product analytics tooling (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude, FullStory), and use git for code version control.
  • •Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and iterate across analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, visualization, and code development.
