Job Summary

Design efficient, compliant, and operationally effective commercial kitchens for hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale developments across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Partner with clients, operators, brands, architects, and MEP/ventilation teams to develop concept-to-detail designs, workflows, equipment selections, and documentation. Own design quality via coordination reviews, clash resolution with BIM/MEP, and support submissions, tenders, and construction-phase inspections.

•Collaborate with clients, operators, and brand representatives to understand menus, service styles, volumes, and operational objectives.
•Develop concept, schematic, and detailed commercial kitchen designs for international projects.
•Plan optimized kitchen workflows and specify compliant equipment and layouts.
•Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, ventilation consultants, and interior designers; prepare design documentation and schedules.
•Support submissions, tender documentation, shop drawing reviews, and construction-phase coordination including inspections and snagging.
