Job Summary

Customer Success Manager responsible for guiding mid-market clients through adoption of Harvey's AI-enabled platform, designing scalable processes, and driving renewals and expansion. You’ll manage 40+ client relationships, implement strategic client integrations, train users, and develop playbooks to scale our mid-market program while ensuring high ROI and client satisfaction.

•Lead strategic implementation to integrate Harvey into client workflows and ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions.
•Train and enable end users to adopt Harvey on a daily basis, evangelizing the power of LLMs.
•Serve as the primary contact for 40+ mid-market clients with a prescriptive, consultative approach and high-quality customer experience.
•Create scalable processes, playbooks, self-help materials, email cadences, and automation to improve long-term mid-market efficiency.
•Monitor adoption metrics, renewals, and expansion opportunities to maximize client ROI and satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years in customer success, account management, or SaaS with a high-volume client base.
•Excellent communication and strategic planning skills with ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
•Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst preferred but not required; familiarity with CRM and customer success tooling is a plus.
•Ability to design scalable processes, playbooks, and self-help materials to improve efficiency and scale.
•Proven track record in driving renewals and expansions, delivering high ROI and strong customer outcomes.
