Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day management and strategic evolution of the global Microsoft technology ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender) across Windows and macOS.
  • •Ensure highly available, secure, and scalable services globally, including enterprise storage/NAS and cloud storage architectures for large-scale media and digital asset workflows.
  • •Execute global cybersecurity strategy and security operations, including data governance, classification/retention/access controls, vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
  • •Drive automation across IT operations, security, provisioning, monitoring, and support, establishing KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics while optimizing technology spend.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Infrastructure and Security team and manage MSP and technology vendor relationships to deliver agreed service levels and business objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or technical leadership role near Director level.
  • •Experience managing global infrastructure and security environments.
  • •Strong Microsoft ecosystem expertise including Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Entra ID for both Windows and macOS.
  • •Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and a proven record improving security posture via vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and governance.
  • •Track record leading transformation and automation initiatives, with strong SLA/service continuity and data-driven KPI focus.
