Job Summary

Own the execution of a global IT and cybersecurity strategy, translating VP-level direction into secure, scalable operations across infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology. Lead Microsoft-focused enterprise platform management (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender) for Windows and macOS globally, drive BCDR, and run security operations including vulnerability management, incident response, and governance. Build and develop the IT Infrastructure and Security team while improving automation, KPIs, and service performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day management and strategic evolution of the global Microsoft technology ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender) across Windows and macOS.
•Ensure highly available, secure, and scalable services globally, including enterprise storage/NAS and cloud storage architectures for large-scale media and digital asset workflows.
•Execute global cybersecurity strategy and security operations, including data governance, classification/retention/access controls, vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
•Drive automation across IT operations, security, provisioning, monitoring, and support, establishing KPIs, SLAs, and service performance metrics while optimizing technology spend.
•Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Infrastructure and Security team and manage MSP and technology vendor relationships to deliver agreed service levels and business objectives.

•7+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or technical leadership role near Director level.
