Key Responsibilities

  • •Use QHSES Assurance procedures to solve routine or standard problems within the QHSES Enterprise System.
  • •Deliver routine QHSES system reliability training for end users and assist in troubleshooting standard issues.
  • •Support project teams with QHSES system implementation, metrics, and report preparation.
  • •Review application specifications and gather user input to align company documents and procedures with current system functionality.
  • •Assist with internal and external audits and help prepare and analyze monthly QHSES KPI reports for Directors.

Key Requirements

  • •Current Lead Auditor Qualification for 9001, 14001, or 45001.
  • •3 years experience in relevant industry related to EPC construction and fabrication.
  • •Knowledge of system design, development, testing, integration, and implementation.
  • •Experience with system admin over QHSES systems, including data imports and record modifications.
  • •Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer/stakeholder engagement skills.
