Build capability through team development and implement standardized tools and processes to elevate service efficiency and effectiveness in mining/industrial contexts.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the regional service operations team (Caribbean Region).
•Ensure service delivery meets safety, quality, and reliability standards, promoting a culture of self-care and SHEQ compliance.
•Oversee end-to-end operations: workshop and service contracts, ensuring sustainable and profitable execution.
•Monitor and improve operational and financial performance (billing, costs, service variance, productivity, claims) and drive improvement plans.
•Support bidding processes, review budgets/quotes, and coordinate with legal for contract documentation.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical) or equivalent
•5+ years in service/aftermarket or service operations, with team management experience
•Experience in cost control, invoicing, operational indicators and claims management
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; desirable knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems; exposure to marketing/commercial to maximize use of products/services
•Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written)
