Key Responsibilities

•Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
•Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
•Provide strategic advisory at project conception, including approaches to achieve client objectives.
•Lead establishment of overall success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
•Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues throughout the project.
•Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised across the project.
•Produce detailed project plan and advise on procurement of resources.
•Lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team and monitor performance using KPIs.
•Manage change control and project finances, including regular reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
•Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)
