Job Summary

Strengthen the analytical and operational layer of ad monetization by defining audience and inventory segments with Data Science, and running a disciplined weekly governance cadence for geo-tiered price floors. Monitor fill and eCPM, investigate anomalies, and coordinate ad monetization decisions with subscriptions and other revenue initiatives. Build dashboards that connect segment and floor changes to revenue outcomes, support demand integrations, and translate findings into clear recommendations for Monetization and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with stakeholders to define and continuously refine audience and inventory segments and translate them into targeting and pricing strategy.
•Run a weekly price-floor governance cadence: review geo-tiered Unified Pricing Rules, propose/apply adjustments, and track fill/eCPM impact with an audit trail.
•Monitor daily and weekly revenue, investigate anomalies, and run structured A/B tests to validate floor and segment changes.
•Build and maintain dashboards connecting segment performance, floor movements, and demand-source behavior to revenue, partnering with Data on instrumentation and attribution.
•Support demand integrations (AdX/Open Bidding, Amazon TAM) with the monetization owner and Engineering and share recommendations with Monetization, Data, and leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years in yield management, ad operations, revenue/monetization analytics, or publisher monetization with a strong analytical core.
•Experience with audience/inventory segmentation and cohort analysis, comfortable partnering with a data team; SQL and BI tooling (Looker, Tableau) are a plus.
•Hands-on Google Ad Manager experience, especially Unified Pricing Rules and floor management.
•Strong grasp of the programmatic ecosystem (AdX/Open Bidding, header bidding, SSP/DSP/RTB).
•Understanding of hybrid monetization and how ad-supported and subscription/paid models interact to balance ad revenue with LTV and retention.
