Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily warehouse/yard operations including QA, inventory control, space management, logistics, productivity, shipping, and customer service.
  • •Train and manage warehouse team and coordinate across departments to resolve operational issues and meet performance goals.
  • •Review and prepare workflow, manning, space, and equipment layout plans and action plans to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • •Manage shift roster and manpower planning; ensure workload leveling, inbound/outbound TAT adherence, and multi-customer KPI/SLA deliverables.
  • •Maintain inventory controls (cycle count, perpetual inventory, zero inventory variance), ensure timely WMS updates, and support audits and document management.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience managing large warehouses (1.5 lakh sq ft+).
  • •Proven experience running warehouses with multiple clients/cargo/products/SKUs.
  • •Well-versed in modern warehousing practices including WMS (homegrown/Oracle/SAP) and technology-based putaway & picking.
  • •Hands-on experience with picking/packing and analytical skills for space optimization and process streamlining.
  • •Good communication skills and working knowledge of MS Office/emails.
