Key Responsibilities

  • •Update quarterly valuation templates, including DCF, performance multiples, and other valuation models.
  • •Drive onboarding for new portfolio investments and ensure proper data collection procedures.
  • •Respond to auditor inquiries and coordinate valuation reviews with third-party valuation firms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar discipline (CFA and/or CPA a plus).
  • •3+ years of experience in valuations, transaction services, private equity funds, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • •Thorough understanding of ASC 820 and corresponding valuation guidance, with familiarity across valuation approaches (income, market, yield analysis, contingent claims, and more).
  • •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently handle interactions with deal professionals and portfolio company representatives.
  • •Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
