Job Summary

Own order processing for the Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management by reviewing contracts and PO details, entering and maintaining orders in SAP, and coordinating order acknowledgement and delivery dates. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams, support order-to-cash follow-up, resolve sales-order issues with domestic and overseas plants, and assist with shipping documentation and order management reporting.

•Review incoming contracts/POs to ensure compliance with Emerson trade compliance and legal requirements, including Checkpoint, pricing, and approval process.
•Enter sales orders into SAP, release purchase orders to manufacturing sites, secure order acknowledgement, and maintain accurate delivery dates.
•Act as first contact for internal and external customers, follow up order-to-cash, and provide order fulfillment status updates.
•Coordinate with domestic/oversea plants and internal functions to address sales-order issues and ensure on-time fulfillment.
•Support goods delivery and cargo shipment, prepare shipping documentation, and help with order management metrics reporting.

Key Requirements

•College’s degree or above; major in international trade or English (or related fields) is an advantage.
•3+ years of related experience in order administration, customer service, project coordination, or material management in a multinational company.

•Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to learn quickly.
•Good command of English and proficiency in PC tools; SAP experience preferred.
