Job Summary

Lead identity and access management automation by designing, developing, and deploying workflows using the Tines automation platform. Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, product owners, and stakeholders to identify high-value automation opportunities, support Digital Coworker initiatives, and implement secure integrations across IAM, security tools, ticketing, and enterprise applications. Drive IAM modernization through strategy, process optimization, analytics, dashboards, and ongoing testing, monitoring, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions supporting IAM processes and services.
•Build and maintain Tines automation workflows and support Digital Coworker intelligent automation capabilities.
•Develop integrations between IAM platforms, security tools, ticketing systems, and enterprise applications.
•Translate requirements into scalable automation solutions, including testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
•Develop metrics and reporting to measure automation effectiveness and present findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•5–10 years of experience in cyber security, identity & access management, automation engineering, software development, or related disciplines.
•Hands-on experience developing and supporting automation workflows using the Tines platform.
•Experience integrating enterprise applications and security platforms using APIs and web services.
•Experience with Digital Coworker, AI-enabled automation, or related intelligent automation technologies.
