Job Summary

Lead end-to-end marketing for Sony Music Vietnam’s roster of domestic artists. Drive campaign strategies, define audiences and channels, manage creative and assets, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Build scalable local marketing tools, grow artist brands, and collaborate with DSPs to maximize streaming, sales and fan engagement in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned releases: positioning, audience definition, channel strategy, launch planning, and post-campaign analysis.
•Lead the team with clear direction, planning, and accountability. Set campaign standards (brief quality, approvals, asset readiness, measurement approach) and keep the team aligned through structured check-ins and progress tracking.
•Develop creative and audience-centric marketing concepts tailored to each artist’s identity, local culture, and fan behaviours.
•Monitor and interpret platform performance signals to optimize in-flight and future campaigns, elevating campaign quality and output.
•Design audience growth plans that expand beyond core fans—balancing acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion objectives for each release cycle.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience running multi-faceted and innovative marketing campaigns, with particular focus on content marketing, artist development and audience growth.
•Strong creative skills to craft compelling content and messaging that reflects the artist identity, and brand and engages their audience.
•The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing digital environment. Being open to learning new technologies, industry trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
•Love and passion for music and supporting local talent.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, and streaming landscape.
