  • •Define comprehensive end-to-end test scope across user outcomes, HR business processes, and system configurations for multi-application People Tech projects.
  • •Create standardized test script templates, quality benchmarks, and testing guidelines for People Team testers to execute reliably.
  • •Establish, monitor, and enforce strict entry and exit criteria for major testing phases before production deployment.
  • •Coordinate testing schedules, resource alignment, and execution progress with People Team business process owners.
  • •Lead defect tracking and triage in Jira, and coach L1/L2 technicians while maintaining test repositories and runbooks in Confluence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,323,000 - 2,174,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven QA coordination or technical test leadership experience, including defining test scope, entry/exit gates, and test script frameworks for large enterprise projects.
  • •Strong HRIS/ATS domain knowledge and sensitive HR business process understanding, specifically Workday, SmartRecruiters, Absorb, or Visier.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional IT/People initiatives, manage project quality risks, and coach junior team members.
  • •Experience orchestrating structured testing execution with non-technical stakeholders while managing defect lifecycles.
  • •Deep hands-on proficiency using Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence to manage testing workflows.
