Key Responsibilities

  • •Support business process improvement through as-is process mapping, gap analysis, requirements gathering, and business workflow documentation.
  • •Manage IT investment and cost activities, including evaluating system deployment investments and tracking annual IT costs.
  • •Innovate and improve IT systems by analyzing, monitoring, tuning, and recommending improvements based on domain knowledge.
  • •Lead project management by validating IT project architectures, checking development milestones, and tracking deliverables for on-time completion.
  • •Set up and manage KPIs with business owners and leadership, produce performance reports, and handle HQ collaboration, governance reporting, and departmental administration.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8 years of experience in IT project management, business process improvement, or management planning.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • •Experience in IT system implementation, including business requirement analysis, system design, and workflow/specification documentation.
  • •Knowledge of IT strategy and governance (e.g., IT standards, IT cost and IT asset management) and project management (PMP a plus).
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to engage and present to all management levels; proficiency with Microsoft Office and BI tools is preferred.
