Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design for data-intensive products used by engineers, researchers, and product teams.
  • •Shape the full learning loop across instrument, launch, observe, investigate, evaluate, decide, and iterate.
  • •Create clear workflows for querying, filtering, comparison, drill-down, visualization, alerting, and sharing.
  • •Make complex concepts (data freshness, coverage, reliability, uncertainty, experiment assignment, metric validity, rollout state, regressions) understandable and actionable.
  • •Partner closely with engineering, data science, research, and product management to translate technical infrastructure into coherent product experiences.

Salary: USD 245,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial experience owning data products, observability platforms, experimentation systems, analytics products, developer tools, or similarly technical workflows.
  • •Experience designing observability and experimentation workflows that create durable interaction and platform decisions in ambiguous spaces.
  • •Strong UX/UI and interaction design skills with high bar for contemporary visual craft and information design.
  • •Technical fluency and ability to build credibility with engineers and other highly technical users.
  • •Strong instincts for trust, understanding provenance, reliability, uncertainty, permissions, and edge cases that affect whether people act on system outputs.
