Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee offshore vessel operations to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance across the assigned fleet.
  • •Coordinate daily communication between captains/crew and office staff, including briefings, handovers, familiarization, and crew overlap monitoring.
  • •Conduct technical interviews of deck officer candidates, select suitable crew, and support crew performance through regular appraisals and feedback.
  • •Manage vessel provisioning and catering/ deck requisitions, ensuring requisitions are sent on time and supplies are tracked, expedited, and economically maintained.
  • •Ensure adherence to IMCA guidelines and implement ISM/ISO/ISPS systems, including regular onboard inspections and maintaining DP and navigational equipment readiness.
