Job Summary

Maintain and repair facility equipment and grounds at the Tecumseh plant, including general repairs to buildings, forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles. Perform snow/ice removal, light bulb and plumbing repairs, trash removal, and cleanliness upkeep across maintenance areas. Operate rolling stock safely and serve as backup support for waste water treatment and sanitation sweeping as needed. Shift hours are Monday–Friday with occasional overtime and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general repair and maintenance of buildings, forklifts, pallet jacks, company vehicles, and other company equipment.
•Maintain company grounds, including snow/ice removal and lawn work.
•Maintain safe operation of rolling stock.
•Support facility repairs including light fixtures and plumbing as required.
•Back up waste water treatment and sanitation operator sweeping, and assist with trash removal and roof clean-up/repairs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 33.65 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to operate rolling stock safely and efficiently.

•Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain operator’s licenses for forklift, skid loader, and pallet jack.
