Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor manufacturing processes during assigned shifts to ensure stable and consistent operation.
  • •Respond promptly to process/production issues and take appropriate containment actions.
  • •Support daily manufacturing needs including lot disposition, rework decisions, and engineering holds.
  • •Communicate and coordinate with equipment, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
  • •Document shift activities and follow up on open issues, and participate in shift handovers and daily operational meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing, process, or operations environment is preferred.
  • •Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
