Key Responsibilities

  • •Regularly inspect facility operations to ensure safe job practices, PPE usage, and required machine/process guards are in place and operational.
  • •Investigate accidents and near-miss occurrences to identify trends and causes, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
  • •Develop and support safety programs and incentives with management; conduct new hire safety training and employee training for safe operation of machinery and equipment.
  • •Chair the Safety Committee and ensure required first aid and CPR personnel coverage and medical supply inventory levels are maintained.
  • •Maintain safety compliance and reporting, including first aid/CPR readiness records, forklift training certification, OSHA 300 log, fire inspection coordination, and required reports.

Key Requirements
