Key Responsibilities

  • •Design high-craft, intuitive experiences that turn streaming analytics, audience metrics, and monetization insights into elegant, actionable creator dashboards.
  • •Own and drive the end-to-end design process, including defining product scope, requirements, and strategy when product management support is light.
  • •Translate vague, complex user problems and business goals into clear product workflows for creators uploading, managing, and monetizing content.
  • •Use advanced AI design tools to accelerate prototyping, automate repetitive tasks, and scale design output.
  • •Partner with Engineering leads and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and champion design quality through deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product design/UX/UI/interaction design experience, preferably with music, fintech, creator economy, or complex SaaS platforms.
  • •A strong portfolio showing the ability to present dense, complex data in a simple, visually compelling way; analytics dashboards experience is required.
  • •Proven ability to lead major product features or entire product areas independently with minimal day-to-day product support.
  • •Expert-level mastery of Figma and hands-on use of modern AI design tools to prototype, automate repetitive work, and scale output.
  • •Motion design and advanced prototyping experience, plus familiarity with frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, React) and/or data visualization libraries (D3.js, Highcharts) are a plus.
