  • •Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend, and full stack development.
  • •Own engineering delivery for major product areas, shipping quickly while maintaining reliability and technical quality.
  • •Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
  • •Set engineering standards for code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, and production reliability.
