Use CRM workflows and reporting to maintain governance, hit monthly/quarterly targets, and coordinate partner workshops with internal marketing and training teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and onboard new real estate agencies and introducers, presenting Huspy’s value proposition and ensuring partners understand lead submission.
•Review dormant or low-activity agencies in the CRM and implement tailored reactivation plans through visits, calls, and product updates.
•Maintain regular touchpoints with active partners, providing feedback and reporting on lead quality, conversion, and pipeline status.
•Coordinate with internal Mortgage Consultant teams for timely lead handover and conversion, including weekly alignment sessions.
•Track performance and governance: achieve monthly/quarterly targets, ensure accurate CRM reporting and lead attribution, and act as first point of contact for partner queries and support needs.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of the UAE mortgage and real estate market.
•Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development roles (preferably in real estate or financial services).
•Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
•Motivated, resilient, and able to work independently.
•Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting dashboards.
