Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain (or create) Compliance-owned Level 3 (L3) processes in eGRC, including documentation of Process, Risk, and Control (PRCs).
  • •Coordinate with CPI leaders to execute controls efficiently, maintain evidence for audit/exam purposes, and keep controls relevant to mitigate associated risks.
  • •Represent Compliance on the Process Universe Working Group by analyzing PUWG changes and initiating workflows for Compliance Risk Oversight SMEs to act on L3 process updates.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for Compliance during ongoing RCSA participation, coordinating with Compliance Leadership Team and the RCSA team for credible challenge activities.
  • •Review Key CTCs for annual CRA activities, support regulator/Internal Audit documentation requests, and create/maintain procedures and job aids; identify eGRC capability enhancements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in governance, risk, and controls within a financial institution, or 5–7+ years of relevant financial services experience in lieu of a degree.
  • •Experience using risk/compliance tools and reporting solutions (e.g., eGRC, SharePoint, Tableau, or similar).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with workflow/automation tools (e.g., PowerApp) preferred.
  • •Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
  • •18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent; willing to take a drug test, submit to background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding.
