Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide daily store operations and hourly associates to accomplish excellent customer service and maximize sales.
  • •Provide one-on-one and small group training for sales associates on product knowledge, store activities, job duties, and policies.
  • •Assist with merchandising and display setup (windows, showcases, sales floor) and originate/follow display schedules.
  • •Support staffing and labor cost control standards, and help maintain sales floor coverage through upkeeping duties.
  • •Perform sales/cashier transactions, use POS system skills with policy integrity, and resolve customer complaints and returned merchandise issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or GED.
  • •Three to six months of retail experience is preferred.
