Key Responsibilities

•Conduct stakeholder research across the GTM motion (pre-sales to post-sales) and translate findings into a prioritized backlog with impact, feasibility scoring, dependencies, and stakeholders.
•Build and refine AI agents for your revenue-lifecycle area, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, and output calibration, and ship against real workflows.
•Stay embedded in regional operating rhythms (pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, and account strategy sessions) to ensure field proximity.
•Own reliability and quality by monitoring adoption, diagnosing output failures, and continuously tuning and iterating without handing off to an ops team.
•Partner cross-functionally (Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership) and validate field signals to improve agent outputs.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct involvement in the commercial motion (e.g., solutions consulting, solutions architecture, account executive, sales leader, GTM strategy) at a B2B SaaS company.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
•Technical fluency to engage on integration architecture and contribute to prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows (e.g., Python, APIs, integrations).
•Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the daily operating reality of GTM personas (AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leadership, CS, business value teams).
•Strong field credibility in executive-level customer engagement and a track record of taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption.
