Learning Resource Strategist (Higher Education)

Design, develop, and optimize learning resources across academic programs by owning the end-to-end learning resource lifecycle—from early ideation and build-or-buy decisions to ongoing quality improvement. Lead strategy and stakeholder processes to ensure resources align to course competencies, instructional objectives, accessibility standards, and WGU systems. Research and recommend new learning resources, manage rights onboarding with procurement, and maintain centralized asset tracking for institutional cost-effectiveness and student outcomes.
