Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble OEM parts into finished products.
  • •Provide technical expertise in production issues.
  • •Read technical instructions and follow specified sequences to test/install electrical and/or mechanical components.
  • •Ensure quality and timeliness of delivery while working with the Quality Team to meet manufacturing procedures and customer/international requirements.
  • •Adhere to EHS practices and participate in reporting hazards; perform quick failure analysis and propose actions to supervisors.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed at least 2 years of associate technical course or short vocational course.
  • •Able to read technical design drawings, instructions, or schematic diagrams.
  • •Preferably with experience as an Assembly Technician/Operator.
  • •1–3 years related experience and/or training is an advantage; senior high school fresh graduates are welcome.
  • •Preferably experienced with manufacturing tools and techniques such as CI, Kaizen, or 5S.
