Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end design of a product area, including strategy, flows, edge cases, and shipped quality.
  • •Design flows (not just screens) and treat self-service journeys like onboarding, activation, and recovery as core work.
  • •Partner with engineering during implementation, catch regressions, and contribute directly in code when needed (e.g., Pluma components, UI fixes, interaction prototypes).
  • •Contribute actively to Pluma, proposing extensions, fixing inconsistencies, and stewarding adjacent components.
  • •Develop and prototype a point of view on AI in the product area, treating uncertainty, latency, and reversibility as design factors.
