Physical Design Engineer

Shape Intel custom IP and SoC physical designs from RTL to GDS, building manufacturing-ready design databases. Execute end-to-end physical design flows (synthesis, floor planning, place and route, clock tree synthesis, static timing, and power/clock distribution), then perform verification and signoff including formal equivalence, power integrity, and layout checks. Analyze and resolve timing/reliability violations, optimize for power/performance/area with EDA tools, and improve methodologies through flow automation.
