•Partner closely with Global Retail Operations to co-develop and evolve Alo’s retail operating model, processes, and systems.
•Act as a key thought partner in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and store experience.
•Lead testing and validation of new operational initiatives, tools, and process changes within North America.
•Collaborate with Workforce Management to ensure alignment between labor and operating model.
•Translate global operating models into effective execution across North America, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional needs.
