Personal Banker I (Full Time) - Sterling Plaza

Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts, handle account inquiries, and resolve client questions through secure, accurate processing. Present and explain bank products, cross-sell services, and identify sales and referral opportunities using lead lists. Manage account maintenance tasks, debit card activity, wire transfer processing support, and fraud identification. Coordinate with banking center staff and complete required reports, records, and end-of-month logs to support banking center goals.
