Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify cabin appearance component compatibility and readiness against approved standards and quantities.
  • •Review task cards with the Workshop Supervisor to understand work priorities, documentation requirements, and cautions before starting.
  • •Perform scheduled cabin appearance maintenance, tests, and inspections; identify, record, and rectify defects using approved data.
  • •Sign off maintenance tasks within own authorization scope, ensuring task cards and associated documents are completed correctly.
  • •Supervise assigned technicians, manage safety and human factors, coordinate handover/continuity with other teams, and support cost awareness.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in a similar workshop role.
  • •At least 2 years’ experience as a qualified maintenance technician on the Airbus A320/A321 family or at least 4 years in base maintenance or workshop maintenance.
  • •Ability to use a computer (Microsoft Office).
  • •Valid EASA/GCAA/CAA/ICAO Maintenance Engineer’s licence is an advantage.
  • •Strong English skills for technical communications; ability to obtain a Driver’s License in the work location.
